We currently ship within all U.S. states and territories.

Standard Delivery (2–5 business days)

• Free on orders over $80

• $3–$5 for orders under $80, depending on your location

• $3 applies to: AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, DC, WV, WI

• $5 applies to all other states & territories

Express Delivery (1–2 business days)

• $20–$40.41 for most states

• $20–$100 for remote areas or heavier parcels

• Final rates shown at checkout

Our Intimate IPL Routine ships from a dedicated warehouse. Delivery times are slightly different:

• Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days

• Express Delivery: Flat rate $20 (3–8 business days)

• Free shipping still applies on orders over $80

• £3 for orders under £70

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically every 1, 2, or 3 months depending on your selected frequency.

Shipping FAQ

• Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Shipping times are estimates; we’ll contact you if there are any delays.

• Express rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

• We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland.

• If your order includes the Intimate IPL Routine and other OYO products, you’ll receive two separate packages. The IPL ships from a different warehouse, so you’ll get two tracking numbers. Don’t worry if everything doesn’t arrive at once—it’s all coming your way. 💌
