We’re so proud of the gentle, effective routines we’ve created—but we know things don’t always go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds at OYO.

 

🛍 RETURN 

We only accept returns for products that are unopened and unused, with the original box fully sealed. Once the seal is broken, we’re unable to take the item back—this helps us keep everything safe and hygienic for all customers.

If your product qualifies, just email us at info@oyoskincare.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

📦 A few things to note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the product amount (not the original shipping).

 

💔 SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED ? 

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something looks off—wrong item, damaged, or missing—reach out within 3 business days of receiving it. For anything that appears later, email us as soon as you notice it.

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

🧴 If your skin has a reaction:

Your comfort comes first. If you experience an allergic reaction, email us at info@oyoskincare.com with:

  • A short description of what happened
  • Photos (if you feel okay sharing)
    We’ll review and issue a full refund for the product, no stress.

😕 If you’re just not loving it:

Maybe it didn’t meet your expectations—or your skin didn’t respond the way you hoped. That’s okay too. If the product was used as directed, we’ll still honour your refund request. Just share a quick note about your experience so we can keep learning and improving.

⏳ A few things to remember:

  • Refunds apply to the product amount only—we don’t refund original shipping.
  • We can’t accept refund requests after 30 days from delivery.

⚠️ Special note: Bye Bye Bush

Bye Bye Bush is one of our most-loved products—but because it uses active ingredients to dissolve hair at the root, it can be too strong for super sensitive skin.

That’s why we have a slightly different refund policy for it—just to keep things safe and fair.

💡 Please patch test first

Before using BBB fully, we strongly recommend doing a patch test (as detailed in the instructions). This helps make sure your skin can tolerate it—especially if you're prone to sensitivity.

💌 If you have a reaction:

If your skin reacts to Bye Bye Bush after doing a patch test, email us at info@oyoskincare.com with:

  • A brief description of your experience
  • A photo of the affected area (if you feel comfortable)
  • Confirmation that you followed patch test instructions

If everything checks out, we’ll refund you for the full product amount.
