Return & Refund Policy

At Oyo Skincare, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of skincare products, we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our items. Please read our return policy carefully:

 

RETURN 

We accept returns only for products that have not been opened or used. The original packaging must be intact, with the box unopened and the seal unbroken. If the box has been opened, we cannot accept the return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Oyo Skincare does not cover return shipping expenses. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund for the product amount. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@oyoskincare.com with your order details. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

After receipt of the products, the customer must immediately check them for correctness, completeness and possible damage. Defects or damages are to be reported to Oyo's customer service team within 3 working days. Defects that could not be discovered during a proper inspection and only appear later must be reported in writing immediately after their discovery. If you do not inspect the defect or report it immediately, the product is considered approved and you are no longer entitled to make claims against us.

REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Skin Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction after using our product, please provide photographic evidence and a description of your experience. We will issue a refund upon verification.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: If the product does not deliver the results as advertised, you may request a refund. Please provide details of how the product was used and the results you experienced.

Refund Process: After receiving your refund request, we will inspect the evidence provided. Approved refunds will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Alternatively, you can opt for a partial cash refund. Please note that we refund only the product amount and do not cover shipping charges.

Refund Request Limit: We do not accept any refund requests made after 30 days from the date you received your order.

    Important note: : This policy applies to all products except for Bye Bye Bush. For Bye bye bush refund requests, please see below.

     

    EXCEPTION: Bye Bye Bush

    The Bye Bye Bush Hair Removal Cream contains active ingredients that may cause skin irritation, especially for those with highly sensitive skin. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge the following:

    1. Risk Acknowledgement: You understand and accept that this product may cause skin irritation. We strongly advise conducting a patch test before full application to check for any adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

    2. Refund Eligibility for Bye Bye Bush:

    • Patch Test Requirement: To qualify for a refund, a patch test must have been conducted as per the provided instructions. If irritation occurs, please submit photographic evidence along with a description of the test and the reaction.
    • Refund: Refunds for Bye Bye Bush will be issued as store credit only, which can be used towards the purchase of other products on our website. In exceptional cases, we may issue a partial cash refund up to 50% of the purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Conditions of Use: No refunds will be issued if the product was not used according to the instructions or if the required documentation of the reaction is not provided.
