We’re so proud of the gentle, effective routines we’ve created—but we know things don’t always go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds at OYO.
🛍 Standard Returns (All Products Except IPL)
We only accept returns for products that are unopened and unused, with the original box fully sealed. Once the seal is broken, we’re unable to take the item back—this helps us keep everything safe and hygienic for all customers.
If your product qualifies, just email us at info@oyoskincare.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the product amount (not the original shipping).

We want you to love your OYO routine—but if something’s not working for your skin, we’ve got your back.

If your skin reacts: Share a short note and photos (if comfortable) within 30 days—we’ll issue a full refund for the product, no stress.

If you’re not loving it: Tell us why, and we’ll still honor your refund within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds apply to the product amount only; shipping is non-refundable.
✨ 90-Day Results Guarantee (IPL Device)
Our Intimate IPL Routine is an investment—and we stand behind it. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Results Guarantee.
Here’s how it works:

Commit to the process: Use your IPL device consistently, once a week, for at least 12 weeks.

If you don’t see results: Contact us within 90 days of delivery at info@oyoskincare.com We’ll ask for a short description of your usage + photos showing your starting point and your results after 12 weeks.

What’s covered: If you’ve followed the routine and still don’t see visible reduction in hair growth, we’ll refund you for the IPL device.
⚠️ To keep things fair:

Refunds won’t be issued for inconsistent use, misuse, or claims made after the 90-day period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You don’t need to return your IPL device (we can’t resell used devices for hygiene reasons).
🌷 Just a Head’s Up, Love (IPL Shipping)
If your order includes the Intimate IPL Routine and any other OYO products, you’ll receive two separate packages. That’s because the IPL ships from a different location (so it can get to you faster). You’ll get two tracking numbers too—so don’t worry if everything doesn’t arrive at once. It’s all coming your way. 💌
💔 If Something Arrives Damaged
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something looks off—wrong item, damaged, or missing—reach out within 3 business days. For anything that appears later, email us as soon as you notice it. We’ll sort it quickly, whether that means a refund or a replacement.
