Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
UNITED STATES / CANADA 🇺🇸🇨🇦
- Standard (5-7 business days): $5 (free on orders > $60)
- Express (2 business days): $28
UNITED KINGDOM 🇬🇧
- Standard (3 business days): £3 (free on orders > £50)
- Express (1 business day): £5
AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND 🇦🇺🇳🇿
- Standard (3-7 business days): $8AUD / $12NZD (free on orders over $100)
All the orders placed before 4PM are processed and handed over to the shipping company within the same day of purchase. After 4PM, orders are handed over to the shipping delivery the next day.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Every 1, 2 or 3 months.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Our warehouse team makes sure to fullfill all orders within the same day of purchase to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
However, once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we have no control on how and if they respect their said shipping times (though they do most of the time). For this reason, we do not offer refunds on delayed orders.
