We're all about confidence, and we want you to love our products as much as we do. We understand that every skin is unique, and sometimes, it's just not the perfect match. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee at OYO.

If your product is unused, unopened, and still in its original condition, or if it has caused any irritation, rashes, or allergies, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We'll happily process your refund, no questions asked (postage fee excluded).

We also want to ensure you have enough time to see the results you desire. If you've been consistently using our products for 30 days and haven't achieved the desired outcome, we provide an additional 10-day grace period to claim a refund.

Just remember, after this 10-day period, we won't be able to accept returns or issue refunds. While we've witnessed our products work wonders, everyone's skin and habits are different, so we can't guarantee 100% results.

We believe that good things take time. If you're targeting ingrowns, bumps, or hyperpigmentation, stick to your OYO routine at least three times a week and allow up to a month for the real magic to happen. If you haven't seen a noticeable difference after consistent use for 30 days, please reach out to our friendly team. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Please note that Oyo do not cover return shipping charges. We thereforestrongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
