Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


1. RETURNS

1.1. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

1.2. Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or subject to additional restrictions due to hygiene or safety concerns (e.g., intimates, opened or used skincare products, etc.).

1.3. If an item is deemed excessively used, tampered with, or does not meet our return condition requirements, we reserve the right to deny a full refund and may issue a partial refund or product credit at our discretion.

    2. RETURN PROCESS

    2.1. To return an item, please email customer service at info@oyoskincare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

      2.2. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

        3. REFUNDS

        3.1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

        3.2. In case of refund, you will receive the full price of the product actually paid, excluding taxes, shipping or other charges. In some cases, you may return taxes, for which you shall contact the tax office of your jurisdiction.


          4. EXCEPTIONS

          4.1. After receipt of the products, the customer must immediately check them for correctness, completeness and possible damage. Defects or damages are to be reported to OYO Sàrl within 3 working days. Defects that could not be discovered during a proper inspection and only appear later must be reported in writing immediately after their discovery. If you do not inspect the defect or report it immediately, the product is considered approved and you are no longer entitled to make claims against us.
