Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. ❤️ However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us under certain conditions. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our skincare products because of their quality and proven effectiveness on thousands of women. However, every skin is different and we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. For this reason, all of our products carry a 30-day return policy (due to the current economical situation, shipping cost are at the charge of the customer).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your item has been used but caused you skin irritation, rashes or allergies, you can return it for a refund within 30 days after purchased, no questions asked.

For all these reasons, no refund or return is accepted after the 30 days return period.

Please note that Oyo do not cover return shipping charges. We thereforestrongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
