Amazing! The products I got (the ingrown hair bundle) came very fast in beautiful sturdy glass packaging. the cream and oil have been super amazing at getting rid of most of my ingrown hairs and irritation (not all but i am super prone and its a huge improvement). When my products came there was in issue with the packaging of the ingrowns out scrub, (the pump was broken) however after messaging the oyo insta page they got back to me so fast and sent out a replacement, which arrived today (3ish days later?) so im excited to use this! I would 100% recommend, i was nervous abt the price (and sometimes tiktok adverts are fake) however the improvement from only using it a couple of times (and my flatmate has been using the cream) and 1) its lasting ages, and 2) we have both seen immense improvement in ingrown hairs and body confidence. For weeks when i dont feel like shaving, the cream and oil are still super nice to use as the soften any hair and keep your skin smooth! so wether you shave or not its def worth a go!
